Arrivals and Departures

Full Payment required at time of reservation for daily and weekly guest.

First month plus deposit required for monthly reservations.

Check-in times12pm-Dusk. No after hour check-in.

Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out will result in guest being charged a late check-out fee of $25 an hour.

Prices are for up to 4 adults and 2 vehicles per site unless stated otherwise.

Payments for monthly guest are due on the same day of arrival each month.

Payments received 3 days after due date will be charged $5 a day late fee.

We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend your stay.

Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds on early departures.

A full refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation canceled at least 7 days ahead of the arrival date.

A 50% refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation canceled less than 7 days ahead of your arrival date.

A full refund will be given if monthly reservation canceled at least 14 days ahead of your arrival date.

A 50% refund will be given if monthly reservation canceled less than 14 days ahead of your arrival date.

Please give us at least 7 days' notice when ending a long-term reservation. No fees apply for ending a long-term reservation.
